FAQs

Is workout equipment or gym access required?

Nope! All programs come with bodyweight options. If you do have dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, etc. they can be incorporated into your workouts.

Are there foods I have to include or avoid?

Nope! There are no foods you have to eliminate or force into your diet. We use a flexible dieting approach where you can include your favorite foods while still achieving amazing results.

How much time do I need each week to see results?

The program is designed to fit into a busy schedule. Workouts take as little as 20 minutes and you only need 2 sessions per week to get started. Tracking your food and habits takes less than 5 minutes a day. Altogether, you’re looking at just about an hour a week to build real, lasting results.

What if I have an old injury or health condition?

No problem at all. Many clients come in with old injuries or health conditions. I customize workouts and nutrition to fit your needs, making sure you can train safely and still make progress.

Can I do this program if I’m taking a GLP-1 medication?

Absolutely. This program can enhance the results you’re already getting with GLP-1s. By focusing on protein intake and strength training, you’ll build muscle, protect your metabolism, and dramatically improve your chances of keeping the weight off long-term.

Is the program HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes. The app we use (Everfit) works with Truemed which allows you to reimburse your payment from your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Paying yourself back with pre-tax dollars saves an average of $42 for every $100 spent. So realistically, this could possibly cost you only $55 instead of $97.
