Hey, I’m Bryan Fitzsimmons — certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and founder of FIT40 Coaching.


I help busy women over 40 get toned, feel confident, and take control of their health through time-friendly workouts and simple nutrition strategies that actually work in real life — not just on paper.


Why over 40? Because that’s when most of the old methods stop working. And after years of seeing people cut calories, do endless cardio, and still feel stuck, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s what led me to build FIT40 — coaching specifically designed for this phase of life.


When I first started coaching I was lucky enough to get hired and eventually become head trainer of one of the top gyms in the country focused solely on helping people over 40 move better, feel better, and live stronger. It’s become my specialty — because the approach needs to shift, and most mainstream fitness advice just preaches the same old dogma.


With over a decade in the fitness and nutrition space, I combine strength training,

time-friendly nutrition strategies, and habit-based coaching to get real results. I offer both in-person and online coaching, including remote nutrition support and group accountability — so you’re never left trying to figure it out on your own.
