In the first 12 weeks, we will establish your nutritional, physical, and mental foundation through simple, sustainable lifelong habits. If suitable, we'll determine your ideal macros based on your body type and goals, typically leading to a loss of 10-20 lbs of body fat and a gain of 5-10 lbs of lean muscle.
TONING MASTERY
In this next phase, we elevate your results by personalizing strategies for sleep, stress, and other factors that impact your long-term success.
This typically results in building even more lean muscle without adding unwanted body fat.
LIFESTYLE INTEGRATION
Finally, you'll learn to maintain your results for life without relying on constant challenges or diets. Unlike other diet systems and programs that require ongoing payments, we empower you to be independent and in control of your health and fitness well after the FIT40 program.

As a chubby kid, I grew up admiring the physiques I saw in muscle magazines. Through years of dedication, I built significant muscle and mastered dieting, and eventually competed in bodybuilding.
This journey, however, revealed that such an intense focus on diet and appearance was not sustainable or desirable for me.
Determined to find a healthier approach, I obtained several certifications and learned better, more sustainable ways.
While doing this I worked in a gym as a personal trainer for 7 years where I could put these methods to the test to see what actually worked. Eventually I went off and created my own company, FIT40 Nutrition Coaching, in 2021.
It is through this company and these methods that I help busy moms 40+ to achieve the results they have wanted for decades.
It always starts like this...
Everyone who embarks on this program usually starts in a similar situation.
They are super stressed out because of a demanding job, kids (and possibly parents) to take care of, and a spouse that needs attention too. Which results in having no time for themselves.
They have wasted years trying out programs that were unsustainable.
Which then worsened their metabolic health and made it harder to get results.
Which also resulted in wasting hundreds or thousands of dollars.
But it doesn't have to be that way!

Here's How It Works When You Join FIT40 Coaching:
1. You will be set up on the FIT40 App. Everything you need to start your journey will be sent to you.
2. You enter your Welcome Week where we set you up for success. There will be videos that explain exactly what to expect and how to see the best results.
3. We set up a Kickoff Call to create your Gameplan and answer any questions you have before you start your official first day.
4. We have periodic checkpoint calls throughout the initial 12 weeks to ensure you do not fall off track
5. We stay in contact week after week and meet for a zoom call every 12 weeks to review your progress and adjust the gameplan for the next phase.

Yes, along with the nutrition coaching there are several programs available in the app for a variety of different goals. Whether you have a full gym or have zero equipment, every program has exercise modifications to fit your situation.

The FIT40 Program teaches methods specifically for occasions like this. You will learn how to eat and exercise in any situation so you can enjoy yourself AND see incredible results.

Do I have to track calories? This program will teach strategies that allow you to track your food in as little as 5 minutes a day. That being said, it can also be done without tracking. You will still see amazing results by following the habits that are taught.

There are multiple programs with tons of variations to work around any injury you may have. If you are unable to do any form of exercise for some reason, the program will still work through tracking activity like step count.

Absolutely! This is mainly a nutrition program which happens to include workouts for those that need them. But nothing beats in person training and the social component of group training. So if you have the means I highly recommend in person training in addition to this nutrition coaching. But if you don't, this program has you covered.

The most affordable option is $250 per month. However, as you progress through the program and require less accountability you will have the ability to select more budget friendly options.

This program will teach strategies that allow you to track your food in as little as 5 minutes a day. That can be done with or without tracking calories. You will still see amazing results by following the habits that are taught. And if you want to take it to the next level by tracking calories, you can.
